Join us on May 13th, 2025 for our May Lunch and Learn – A History of Waukesha County Agriculture
This presentation will cover an extensive history of Waukesha County agricultural practices and businesses, from the early settlers to today’s modern farms. Dr. Tom Schlei’s Lunch and Learn will provide an overview of one of the most critical industries that has led to the development of Waukesha County.

He worked as a Fire Science Instructor for 25 years at the Waukesha Technical College, and enjoys traveling, woodworking, and photography.
